We provide due Emphasis to Improve Overall Fitness Parameters viz Cardiovascular Ability, Strength, Stamina, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance and Accuracy. Safety, Efficacy and Efficiency of the Participants remin prime focus at all times.

Groups Age – ALL
Session Duration – 1 Hour X 4 or 5 days per week
Registration Options – Monthly/Quarterly/Annually
Batch size – Group of max 20 pax
Mode of training – in-person or Online
