Physical Group sessions are assisted workouts conducted at our state of the art facilities or at the Client’s premise ( Schools, corporates, residential societies etc.). Depending on the type of workout, it comprises of a group of 10 participants to 200 participants. All the workouts are designed with a predefined fitness goal in Mind. Our certified trainers ensure 3 most vital elements in all group fitness sessions viz. safety , efficacy and efficiency.
